Who we want to meet

We are looking for an
IT Support Technician
to provide on-site technical support to users in Madrid. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-oriented professional with experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network and peripheral incidents, as well as managing workplace equipment and IT assets.

Responsibilities:
- Provide




on-site IT support
, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, local network and peripheral incidents.
- Prepare, configure, deploy and replace
Windows 11 workstations, docking stations and mobile devices
.
- Manage
onboarding, offboarding and internal user moves
, including stock and IT asset management.
- Follow up on
tickets, documentation and escalations
, contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures and the knowledge base.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in
IT Support / Helpdesk / Workplace Support
, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Experience with
Windows 11, workstation deployment, peripherals and mobile devices
.
- Good communication skills and a
customer-oriented, proactive and problem-solving mindset
.
- Ability to work
on-site in Madrid
and collaborate effectively with users and IT teams.
- English level: C1 (Advanced).
