Key Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with mobile phones, internet, and TV services, including:
- Mobile Services: SIM card setup, getting internet on devices
- Home Services: Internet troubleshooting, TV box setup
Requirements
- Languages: Dutch & English
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communicator, customer-focused, problem solver
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers and passionate about technology
- Sales Mindset: Able to identify and act on sales opportunities
What We Offer
- Salary & Bonus:
2,040 gross/month + up to 15% monthly bonus
- Permanent Contract
- Versátil Hours: 39 hours/week, Monday- Friday with some Saturdays
- Training & Support: 2 weeks initial training + guided calls + extra training week
