brings together three venues with their own personality:
Luuma, Oyana and Moosa
. Each one has its own identity and experience, but together they form one family and one hospitality brand.

We are looking for a
Marketing Manager
who can translate the vision of the family and its three venues into clear, creative and effective marketing actions, and make sure they are brought to life.

We are looking for someone with
vision, good judgement and strong execution skills
; someone who doesn’t just come up with ideas, but can turn them into actions and see them through from start to finish.

*The role*

You will be part of the
THE LUUMA FAMILY support team
, working alongside the Operations, HR, and Finance & Administration teams. You will be responsible for developing and leading the marketing strategy for THE LUUMA FAMILY and its three venues.

You will work closely with the
Founders and the Operations Director
,



connecting the overall vision of the business with the day-to-day planning and execution of marketing activities.

You will lead the marketing agenda across the group, making sure that ideas, campaigns and opportunities are turned into well-planned and well-executed actions.

Your mission:
to turn the vision of THE LUUMA FAMILY, Luuma, Oyana and Moosa into a clear marketing strategy and calendar, and lead its implementation.

*Responsibilities*
- Create and develop the overall marketing strategy for
THE LUUMA FAMILY and each of its venues
.
- Create and manage the annual marketing calendar, including campaigns, content, events and commercial activations, ensuring everything is planned in advance and delivered on time.
- Protect and develop the brand identity, visual language and tone of voice of the group and each venue.
- Coordinate external collaborators such as photographers, videographers, designers, agencies and other suppliers.
