The Role ?
- Identify, evaluate, and nurture clients opportunities coming from Partners by strategizing and qualifying the best leads while ensuring a seamless partner experience throughout the collaboration cycle.
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners, engaging with key stakeholders across various departments to align on mutual goals and opportunities.




- Develop creative and impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives and strengthen long-term collaboration.
- Engage with senior executives (C-Suite and VP-level) to establish high-level meetings, present tailored solutions, and negotiate win-win agreements that drive business success.
- Utilize consultative and collaborative approaches to guide potential partners through their decision-making process, providing insights and creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership—to align strategies and ensure mutual success in partnership initiatives.
- Provide accurate forecasting and activity reporting to track partnership progress and revenue contribution.
- Support the Portuguese market expansion, identifying new partnership opportunities, understanding the local landscape, and positioning Factorial as the go-to solution for HR software.
