Role Overview

As an
Orthopedic AI Consultant
, you will help refine AI models by reviewing, validating, and improving responses related to
musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic disorders, injuries, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical approaches
. Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated information is accurate, evidence-based, and clinically relevant.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated content related to
orthopedics
- Evaluate AI responses related to
fractures, joint disorders, arthritis, sports injuries, spinal conditions, and musculoskeletal disorders
- Provide expert feedback on
diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation approaches
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps, inconsistencies,



or potentially harmful information in AI-generated responses
- Evaluate the clinical appropriateness and safety of orthopedic recommendations
- Collaborate with AI teams to improve model performance and clinical accuracy

Requirements
- MD/DO with specialization or residency/fellowship training in Orthopedics
- Strong understanding of
musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic diagnosis, treatment protocols, and surgical procedures
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics preferred
- Clinical experience in
orthopedic care
- Ability to critically evaluate and validate medical information
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Interest in
AI, healthcare technology, and LLMs
