As a
Service Sales Engineer
, your mission is to drive the growth of our Service business across
Spain and Portugal
, developing strong customer relationships and promoting service solutions for a wide range of vacuum pumps.
You will play a key role in helping customers move from reactive to preventive maintenance, identifying opportunities to develop long-term partnerships and, whenever possible, promoting multi-year maintenance agreements.
You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Service, Marketing and wider commercial teams to achieve sales targets and deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Your day-to-day
- Manage and develop business relationships with existing and potential customers across your assigned territory, with the objective of achieving your sales targets.
- Contact and visit customers to understand their needs and promote the most appropriate service solutions using the available sales tools.
- Promote medium- and long-term Service solutions that strengthen customer loyalty,
with particular focus on multi-year maintenance agreements.
- Record your commercial activities in the CRM, developing and maintaining an accurate sales funnel and actively following up opportunities to improve the win rate.
- Build a strong network of key contacts within existing customers to strengthen relationships, increase loyalty to our brands and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage leads coming from different channels, including proactive customer contacts, website enquiries, request forms and RFQs.
- Actively participate in marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives to promote our service products, events and solutions.
Your Skills And Experience
- Minimum 3 years sales experience (B2B) in industrial contexts
- Residence in the assigned area (Spain)
- Availability to travel in the assigned territory (50/60% of the time)
- Diploma or degree, preferably in the technical field
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good comm
