Employee Relations is a general team that partners with executives, managers and employees throughout all levels of the organization.

Description
The Employee & Labour Relations Business Partner (ELRBP) provides consulting and guidance regarding employee and labour relations matters to leaders, managers, employee and our People team throughout our organisation. The ELRBP helps ensure the legal compliance,



adherence to and consistent application of Apple policies and practices.

This work is accomplished through strong collaboration with multiple partners and functions across Apple.

Responsibilities
- Identify, analyse, and implement resolutions to complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
- Lead and conduct investigations regarding potential misconduct and policy violations.
- Evaluate and review employee-related decisions in response to employee concerns.
- Consult and influence all levels of management regarding critical and complex employee relations decisions.
- Support the Organisation with legislatively compliant implementation of initiatives.
- Develop, communicate, and implement company-wide employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
- Use ER metrics with clients to highlight trends and develop strategies to foster positive ER in the business and mitigate risk.
