IT Intern, Barcelona
We are looking for an Intern to support the IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist in maintaining a secure, stable, and
scalable IT infrastructure that supports business operations, while providing high-quality support and guidance to
internal users to enhance productivity and continuity.
Responsibilities & tasks:
*IT Support*
- Provide front-line IT support to employees: troubleshooting hardware/software, account help, and general
helpdesk requests.
- Support system monitoring and routine maintenance and updates.
- Help coordinate with IT suppliers and vendors on everyday requests
*Security Support (Support-when-available Tasks)*
- Help document and follow up on security incidents and alerts.
- Support audit preparation (ISO 27001 / ENS) by helping organize documentation.
- Support improvement of the security posture.
- Follow the company’s IT security policies and procedures.
Education
- Be studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field
Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or macOS.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
- Interest in cybersecurity is a plus.
Experience
- Internship experience in IT desirable
