? About The RoleAs Traffic administrator, you will report directly to the Freight responsible and play a key role in ensuring customers shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and a first-class customer experience.
? What You’ll Be DoingProactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
- Plan and coordinate transportation services, ensuring the fulfillment of daily operations.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Accept and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate in the optimization of routes and resources, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.

✅ Your Background
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate in English
- Education in transport and logistics
- Previous experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding, or international road operations preferred.
- Organized, resolute person with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic environments.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Good IT skills and experience using transport management systems and Microsoft Office.
