作为财务管培生，你将围绕运力成本、网络成本、中心运营成本和区域经营四大方向，从财务视角参与西班牙物流网络的业务支持工作。你将逐步建立对业务和成本构成的整体认知，为日后成长为兼具业务理解力和财务专业能力的物流财务人才打下基础。

职位描述
- 从财务管培生的视角深入了解不同业务职能、业务流程及运营工作流程。
- 参与西班牙物流网络规划与运营全流程，系统学习承运商管理、运力统筹等核心业务
- 协助开展网络布局与运营跟进，监控货量、服务质量等关键指标，推动标准化与合规管理落地
- 参与中心日常运营、质量管控、异常处理与资源调度，保障枢纽高效平稳运转
- 协助区域运营统筹、沟通协调、问题跟进与服务优化，学习区域网络整体运营与团队协同思路
- 基于数据与业务情况做分析复盘，提出优化建议，同步学习运营整体思路
- 为中方业务团队提供跨文化沟通支持，衔接总部与本地业务协同推进

清晰成长路径
- 入门期：系统学习业务全链路和财务核算、报销、结算等标准流程，在实战中夯实专业基础。
- 深入期：聚焦核心方向，能够独立完成专项任务（如专项成本分析、对账、月度报表支持）、指标监控及跨部门协调。
- 进阶期：逐步牵头专项项目，参与预算编制、资源统筹和区域经营分析，朝着核心财务管理人才方向发展。

任职要求
- 中文，英语及西班牙语可作为工作语言，可作为工作语言独立开展业务沟通与多方协作




- 应届生或0–2年相关经验；物流管理、供应链管理、工商管理、经济学、数据分析等相关专业优先
- 理解物流行业运营逻辑，愿意长期深耕物流行业
- 沟通协作能力突出，能适配跨文化、跨部门协作场景，高效推进事项落地
- 适应能力强，积极应对业务节奏与突发情况
- 具备数据分析思维，善于从数据中发现并推动解决问题

About the Role

As a Finance Management Trainee, you will focus on four core areas: capacity cost, network cost, center operating cost, and regional business performance. From a finance perspective, you will provide business support across the logistics network in Spain. You will gradually build a holistic understanding of the business and its cost structure, laying the foundation for becoming a logistics finance professional with both business insight and financial expertise.

Responsibilities
- Gain an in-depth understanding of different business functions, business processes, and operational workflows from a finance management trainee's perspective.
- Take part in the full cycle of logistics network planning and operations in Spain, and systematically learn core business areas such as carrier management and capacity coordination.
- Assist with network layout and operational follow-up, monitor key indicators such as parcel volume and service quality, and help drive the implementation of standardization and compliance management.
- Participate in daily center operations, quality control, exception handling, and resource scheduling to keep the hub running efficiently and smoothly.
