What will your day-to-day look like?




- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles from entry to senior-level tech roles, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes. We trust you and your skills
- You will be responsible for your own clients and building long-lasting, strong relationships, creating your own network inside Barcelona & Spanish markets
- Attract and engage the best tech talents for our clients by finding adequate profiles according to the client’s needs. We focus on quality, not quantity
- Coach candidates during the recruitment process helping them identify best practices, and being their Go-To-Person when they require you, offering them the best candidate experience
- You are passionate about technology and digital transformation, so you will stay on top of the news on the Tech sector and hiring trends

? What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Previous experience in full-cycle
