What will be your mission?

This position is aimed at being part of the development team, belonging to the Building, Engineering and Maintenance Department, in charge of providing technical support and strategical consultancy to the company in relation to its expansion needs

You will be involved in early stages of Real Estate and architectural projects in hospitality across Europe and America,



collaborating with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, while contributing to a key strategical area.
What will you do?
- Analysis and preliminary functional drafts of architectural hotel projects., reporting internally and to Assets and Expansion and Operations departments
- Provide strategical consultancy in the early stages of hospitality projects
- Provide support for refurbishment and rebranding cost estimations and PIPs
- Technical due diligence of existing assets
- Provide support for technical clauses negotiation in hospitality contracts
- Coordinate technical tasks and needs with other departments inside Minor Hotels Europe and Americas.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years working experience in hospitality is required. Franchise experience is also desirable.
- Master’s degree in architecture.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, other languages are valuable.
