deviations, and OTIF performanceSupport the management of deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirementsDevelop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-makingCoordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholdersSupport audit readiness and compliance activitiesContribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiativesWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field1-3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus)A quality-focused mindset and interest in working within a regulated environmentCuriosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutionsExcellent communication skill
