This is achieved throughstrategic backlog planningand the proactive identification of risks and dependencies.You will support this mission by drivingorganisational maturitythrough the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, helping teams refinetheir practices,removing impediments, and fostering a culture ofcontinuous improvement. to what works best for each specific team to ensure effective and predictable delivery.Key activities / responsibilities to perform:Act as a servant leader, supporting Product Managers and development teams by removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high levels of motivation and productivity.Apply best practices in agile/non agile framework, always keeping deadlines and priorities clear whilst aligning the team, acting as a methodological reference.Design and maintain the project roadmap, defining key phases, milestones, dependencies, target dates, and owners to ensure effective coordination across teams.Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprints reviews) as well as meetings to support decision-making processes.Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity and delivery flow.Define and manage the "big development picture" of each sprint in close collaboration with Product Management.Plan deplo
