As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Partnerships Development Manager for the UK&I; region (Microsoft Ecosystem focus) to help expand, strengthen, and accelerate our partner network.Ready to be part of the challenge?The RoleSearch for & map new potential partners in the HR and software space with a strong footprint in the Microsoft Ecosystem, executing the full partner recruitment and sales cycle with them.Leverage the Microsoft partner network and co‑selling channels to drive strategic distribution and reseller growth across the UK&I; market.Act as the main point of contact for key Microsoft‑focused partners, VARs (Value‑Added Resellers), and IT consultancies.Hold regular meetings (calls, video meetings, demos) with your partners and their clients, keeping them updated on the product and finding solutions to specific problems they may have.Gather feedback from partners and clients to identify pain points, software integration opportunities,



and ways to further mature our partnership channel.Upsell any additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs.Collaborate daily with internal teams, from SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership.Play a key role alongside founding team members to drive UK&I; market share, traveling to the UK&I; frequently for industry events, Microsoft ecosystem meetups, and key partner visits.You’re a great fit if youHunter mentality, hungry, persistent and ready to hustle.Have 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships or Channel Sales, preferably in a SaaS company or digital transformation environment.Proven experience working with or within the Microsoft Ecosystem.Understanding of vendor sales playbooks (specifically Microsoft co‑selling mechanisms and channel dynamics).Experience working with and within the UK market.You have knowledge or experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll
