We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to work alongside the Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator establishing a flagship hub in Barcelona.As a freelance recruitment partner, you will take ownership of one of our key European language markets. You will use your language skills and recruitment expertise to identify, engage, and pipeline high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Mapping & Pipeline Creation:Take ownership of the French market. Map relevant talent pools to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals, building an active pipeline.Targeted Outreach & Screening:Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation,
