As BIM Manager at 360BIM, you are the strategic mind behind our digital projects. You lead BIM implementation on complex large-scale projects and are the first point of contact for all BIM-relevant topics.Responsibilities- Leading and coordinating BIM requirements in close collaboration with project management.- Responsibility for BIM deliverables and supporting the team in implementation according to BEP.- Advising and optimizing project workflows through expert knowledge.- Developing and implementing design technology workflows (Revit and beyond).- Creating and maintaining project-specific parametric content (families).- Strategic support for 3D coordination, interoperability and clash detection.- Mentoring and training employees in Revit and BIM methodology.- Continuous monitoring and quality assurance of Revit models.Requirements- University degree (Architecture,
