Position summary:The Account Manager will drive new business development, identifying and securing enterprise-level clients across multiple verticals in international markets — from initial prospecting through contract execution. Their focus will be to grow TransPerfect´s Training & Digital Learning solutions through new client acquisition and account expansion.The role requires a commercially-driven professional capable of engaging C-Level stakeholders in conversations around integral growth, workflow modernization, and scalable content and technology solutions.Position responsibilities:Identify and engage global enterprise prospectsGenerate new business through proactive prospecting, industry networking, digital outreach, and participation in trade eventsAdopt a consultative sales approach from qualification through negotiation and contract executionDevelop an understanding of client business models and identify and pitch international growth strategiesPosition TransPerfect’s AI-enabled content, technology,



and global solutions within broader digital transformation and operational initiativesCollaborate with Sales Leadership to structure and close complex, multi-service enterprise agreementsServe as a strategic partner for clients, aligning solutions with client needsOnce onboarded, monitor account performance and proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell and up-selling activitiesCollaborate with Production and Technology teams to support smooth implementations and contribute to client satisfactionWith the support of Management, define pricing strategies, participate in contractual discussions, and revenue forecasting with Accounting teamsEssential skills & experience required:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalentSuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationshipsResults-oriented and comfortable work
