We are looking for aRamp Managerto lead and coordinate airside operations, ensuringoperational safety, efficiency in daily operations, and full compliance with company standards and current regulations.The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of allramp handling activities, as well as supervising, developing and motivating the team under their responsibility.Main Responsibilities:Coordinate the execution ofairside and load control procedures and processes, ensuring effective synchronization of ground teams.Guaranteeoperational and occupational safety, complying with all requirements for aircraft dispatch.Ensure properloading and unloading, ramp equipment management, andpassenger transportationto and from the terminal.Supervise daily operations and ensureflight schedulesare met.Lead, supervise and motivate theramp teamin the performance of their duties.Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance withcompany policies,



procedures and standards .Keepoperational manuals and other key documentationup to date.Ensure compliance withlegal, contractual, environmental and operational safety regulations .Be responsible forinternal base audits, ensuring correct execution across all operational areas.Establish and oversee processes to managedelays and operational incidents, reporting toAENAwhen required.Perform variousadministrative tasksrelated to the role.Valid Category B driving licence .University degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent professional experience.Previous experience in asimilar positionwill be considered an asset.Minimum of three years’ experiencein theramp departmentwithin a ground handling company.Strongcommunication skillsand proven ability inpeople management .High level of Englishwill be considered an advantage.
