In this role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful guide for Dutch-speaking shoppers, ensuring they receive first-class service across all communication channels.Key Responsibilities- Multi-Channel Communication: Assist customers via phone, email, and Live Chat regarding orders, product details, and special promotions.- Store & Ticket Management: Process store-redirected calls efficiently and log all interactions accurately in the ticketing system.- Customer Care: Turn complex inquiries or issue escalations into positive experiences through empathetic, professional support.- Process Excellence: Adhere to project guidelines and quality benchmarks to consistently maintain high customer satisfaction scores.- Future Channels: Opportunity to expand your skill set by handling social media customer inquiries as the role evolves.What We Are Looking For- Languages:
