Job DescriptionAs Events Manager you will oversee the planning and execution of international meetings - from coordinating logistics and managing vendors to supporting budgets, travel, compliance, and post‑event processes. You’ll ensure smooth, well‑organized events and serve as a key partner to internal teams and external stakeholders.Full-time employment - hybrid in Madrid or remote in SpainYou will:Prepare and attend international eventsManage meetings conduct management and troubleshootingCommunicate with internal and external clients on meeting planning, budgeting, organization,
conduct and follow‑upConduct market research with regards to destinations/venues for project meetingsOversee travel arrangements for the meetings attendeesReview contracted vendor invoices and the payment processProvide data related to Investigators’ Meetings and other project meetings expenses to the finance teamOversee investigators’ reimbursement paymentsOversee online registration system maintenanceOversees compliance with country‑specific policies regarding interactions with Health Care ProfessionalsEstimate meeting costs for potential or existing contractsQualificationsCollege or University degreeAt least 5 years of experience in events organization and managementProficiency in MS Office applicationsFull working proficiency in EnglishStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environmentHigh level of responsibility and customer orientationAbility and desire to travel abroadAdditional InformationWe offer:Stability, long‑term cooperationPermanent contract and full‑time jobCompetitive salary and benefit package
