The Associate Director will bring a strong clinical and scientific perspective while helping shape content, identify high-value use cases for tools, engage stakeholders, and drive responsible AI adoption across the organization. This individual will help connect the needs of R&D; functions with AI literacy initiatives, ensuring programs are relevant, practical, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Work across the AI Literacy team to support the design, development, and delivery of AI literacy and adoption initiatives. Partner with stakeholders across R&D; ensure AI literacy efforts are relevant and aligned with business needs.



Provide clinical and scientific input into programs, toolkits, communications, use cases, and enablement resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy, relevance, and applicability of AI literacy materials. Support stakeholder engagement activities, presentations, and communications that translate AI concepts into practical applications for R&D; audiences. Contribute to the development of narratives and examples that help employees understand the opportunities and limitations of AI in R&D.; Support cross-functional collaboration across the AI Literacy team to ensure consistency, alignment, and reuse of best practices. Qualifications Master’s degree preferred; advanced degree in a scientific, clinical, biomedical, or technical field is strongly preferred.
