We are looking for an energetic freelance sourcer/recruiter to join the internal Blu team on a high-visibility project for one of our key clients: an ambitious, rapidly expanding B2B SaaS innovator setting up a flagship hub in Barcelona.In this role, you will work internally for Blu, taking full ownership of the German-speaking market track. Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to power our client’s European expansion.Key ResponsibilitiesDACH Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation:Map out German-speaking tech and commercial sales markets to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, building an active pipeline.Targeted Outreach & Screening:Represent Blu and the client brand to pitch the Barcelona hub opportunity. Conduct dynamic preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment,
