We are an international technology services company founded in 1983 and currently have over 2,000 employees in 5 countries: France, Spain, Romania, Portugal, and Luxembourg.What are we looking for?An Run & Support Project Manager to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.Responsibilities:Run & Production Management- Lead Run activities for ISF infrastructure, ensuring high availability and operational stability- Supervise incident resolution (L1, L2, L3) and ensure SLA/SLO compliance- Coordinate major incident management (MIM) and communication with stakeholders- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implementation of corrective actionsTechnical Evolution & Infrastructure Initiatives- Lead technical evolution projects, including:- Integration with enterprise security systems- Infrastructure modernization and obsolescence management- Optimization of performance, resilience, and maintainability- Manage technical roadmap and prioritization of infrastructure initiativesSecurity & Vulnerability Management- Coordinate remediation of security vulnerabilities (EVS / IVS)
