Job DescriptionJob PurposeThe Office Manager ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative and operational support to leadership, employees, visitors, and suppliers while maintaining a productive, professional, and welcoming work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, meals, and itineraries for management and visitors.Organize meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate catering and logistics.Manage visitor reception and ensure a positive guest experience.Oversee daily office operations, office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.Manage correspondence, filing systems, and company records.Support senior management with presentations, reports, and special projects.Assist with employee onboarding and administrative HR activities.Serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters.Supervise and support administrative staff.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,
