This role will play a key part in designing scalable and competitive people practices aligned with business objectives across multiple international market s.The R ole Total Rewards Strategy & Des ign Support and evolve the company's general rewards philosophy across different employee populations and geograph ies. Conduct market benchmarking initiatives, salary reviews, and compensation analysis to maintain competitive position ing. Design and maintain salary bands, bonus schemes, and incentive structures aligned with business go als. Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across international compensation practi ces.Performance Manag ement Build and continuously improve performance evaluation frameworks that connect employee impact with reward mechan isms. Partner closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to ensure performance standards are applied consistently across the organiza tion.
