The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering Team, playing a key role in driving industrial design, standardizing manufacturing processes, and supporting shop floor execution. Industrial Design & Co-Design:* Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to introduce manufacturing best practices, define build processes, and specify industrial assets, jigs, and tooling requirements .- *Work Preparation & Documentation:* Create and update routings, As-Prepared BoMs, and Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) while managing Delta 2 configuration management and technical sequencing .- *Process Optimization & Time Management:* Calculate standard time values, perform Standard Work, and drive shop floor continuous improvement and CAPEX planning .- *Quality & Risk Assurance:* Execute PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, ensure Health & Safety compliance, and participate in Quality Control Boards to secure process capability .- *Industrialization & Modification Support:* Drive the 1st installation implementation, run feedback loops,
