and developer toolingContribute to architecture reviews and provide recommendations to ensure solutions align with platform standards, security requirements, and engineering best practicesProvide technical support and consultancy to platform users, troubleshooting issues, coordinating escalations where needed, and working with platform engineering teams to support resolutionContribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Onboarding Hub and related platform products, delivering new functionality, AI-powered experiences, workflow automation, and self-service capabilitiesDesign and implement integrations with enterprise systems and services, including Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, cloud platforms, identity management solutions, and internal data platform servicesSupport software releases and deployments across development, testing, and production environments to ensure reliability and smooth adoption of new featuresIdentify opportunities to improve user experience and platform adoption through automation, process improvements, AI-assisted solutions, and enhanced onboarding experiencesCollaborate with platform engineering and development teams to share user feedback and contribute to platform enhancements and product improvementsCreate technical documentation, onboarding materials, and knowledge-sharing content, and support training sessions and enablement activities for the wider user communityRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field4-5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, Technical Consulting, Developer Enablement, or a similar technical roleHands-on experience developing applications and services using Python and modern software engineering practicesStrong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and system integrationsExperience working with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or AzureExperience with SQL and modern data platforms,
