You'll be building from scratch, running the full cycle, and showing marketing and insights leaders a fundamentally better way of working.What you’ll be doing:- Building your own pipeline from scratch across EMEA. Cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, referrals.



Self-starters only- Running the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract on ~€20k ACV deals- Selling consultatively into Marketing Managers, Brand Directors, and Consumer Insights leads who need to be challenged, not just pitched- Managing approximately 35 deals per year against a €700k annual quota- Educating buyers on a new way of working. You're not selling a tool, you're selling an AI-powered platform that replaces a process they've been stuck with for decades- Shaping the GTM playbook as part of a small, high-impact commercial team of 5You should apply if:- 4+ years in a new business sales role (not AM, not CSM, not consulting)- You've owned and closed full sales cycles, not just managed pipeline someone else built- You've sold into marketing, brand, or consumer insights teams and understand how they buy- Genuine FMCG or CPG affinity, whether from research, insights platforms, or brand-side- Fluent in
