You will validate time, materials & expenses reported by internalFSR/external Service Partners required in the service process.Essential FunctionsOptimiseFSRallocated time and schedules to provide service to our customers in a timely fashionApply technical guidelines according to technical support information (Level 2) to provide the best quality service to our customersSchedule maintenance visits, ad hoc business interventions, technical visits or audits initialized by Project,



Enterprise & mid-market or Services sales and Start-ups in conjunction with the Project DepartmentManage external partners services (quality, time etc)Ensure customer database is kept up to date for future reference (for the service, sales and project teams)Coordinate and monitor spare parts, delivery and retrieval to provide the best service to our customersManage internal and external ordersMonitor the operational margin during service execution to ensure the aligment with the margin defined in the original offer.
