We are seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Estimator with a deep understanding of self-performed, multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California. If you have 10+ years of estimating experience in this specialized field and excel at analyzing production rates, wed love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.- Accurately estimate man-hour production rates for various formwork systems, placing, and finishing tasks, leveraging historical data.- Analyze and interpret project specifications, drawings, and construction documents to prepare precise cost estimates.- Utilize estimating software, including Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff (experience with Model-Based Estimating is a plus).- Collaborate with project managers, engineers,
