Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints.Train and support staff in delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.3. Staff ManagementRecruit, train, supervise, and evaluate station staff, including rental agents and customer service representatives.Schedule staff shifts and manage workloads to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.4. Sales and Financial ManagementMonitor and achieve sales targets,



including upselling additional services.Manage the station’s budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.5.
