The company is expanding across southern Europe and Latin America.Задачи:- Support the monthly payroll process, including preparing, validating, and reviewing payroll inputs and documentation- Maintain employee and payroll information across systems and document changes accurately- Support the payroll and administrative aspects of hires, contract changes, leaves, absences, and terminations- Support Social Security and other payroll-related administrative processes while developing knowledge of Spanish payroll practices- Support payroll checks and reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and learn to investigate and resolve them- Maintain payroll documentation, trackers, and internal controls- Help respond to payroll-related questions and collaborate with People Operations, Finance,
