The position focuses on payroll management and HR administration within an international environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.Main responsibilitiesPayroll management and complianceManage and coordinate monthly payroll processes in collaboration with external providers across different countries.Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of payroll, taxes, and social security contributions.Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.HR administrationAdminister the employee lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, changes and offboarding processes.Support the preparation and management of contracts, amendments and HR documentation.Maintain and update employee data in HR systems,
