This role is fully dedicated to recruitment and plays a key role in attracting and engaging high-quality talent in a competitive market.Key ResponsibilitiesManageend-to-endrecruitmentprocessesfor operational and technical profiles (Refrigeration Technician, HVAC technicians, field roles), as well as corporate positions, processes for mid-level and senior profiles across different functions.Execute intensivedirect searchandheadhuntingstrategies in highly competitive labor markets.Perform active sourcing and direct search using LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other sourcing channels.Conduct cold outreach to candidates and generate interest in the company and its projects.Lead recruitment processes requiringmarket mapping ,talent research, andcompetitive analysis .Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews, and assess candidate suitability.Drive recruitment processes where very few active candidates exist, requiringpersistence and creativity .Actively
