to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Facilitate risk assessments, training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.Drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives andKPIs.Your BackgroundMinimum 8 years of HSE experience within industrial, service, or technical environments.Certified Occupational Health and Safety Professional holding a Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, with accredited qualifications in all three mandatory specialities:Occupational SafetyIndustrial HygieneErgonomics and Psychosocial Risk PreventionThe qualification must be officially recognized and valid for the performance of Occupational Risk Prevention functions in Spain.Experience in construction projects or electrical construction projectsStrong understanding of incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.Ability to coach, train, and support managers a
