full remote.What you will be doingBuild and maintain ELT pipelines, monitor pipeline health and data freshnessWrite and maintain config-driven pipeline definitions and deploy workflows to Databricks across a multi-tenant environmentExtend our modelling layer, support CI/CD and ingestion projectsCollaborate with data and product teams to deliver reliable, well-tested dataParticipate in code reviews and help evolve platform standards and documentationWhat we’re looking for3–5 years of data engineering experienceExperience with Apache Spark / PySparkAbility to monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve pipeline failuresFamiliarity with lakehouse conceptsExperience with Git, Databricks, streaming / CDC, AWS, Great ExpectationsNice to haveExposure to YAMLExperience building analytics data models in SparkWhat you’ll get in returnAutonomy and ownership – we’ll set the vision and share the context, then we trust you to run with things – that’s why we hire youW
