We’re looking for a CRM Senior Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing CRM team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering BAU and promotional email campaigns across 15+ EMEA markets and multiple languages, from campaign planning and segmentation through testing, approval and deployment.What will you do?Build, test and deploy BAU and promotional email campaignsOwn and maintain the EMEA campaign calendar across 15+ markets and languagesDevelop and manage audience segmentation and personalised communicationsWork with Dynamic Content, AMPscript and Data Extensions to deliver targeted campaignsCoordinate campaign approvals with local market, Brand, Legal and Compliance teamsSupport A/B testing, uplift analysis and campaign optimisationMonitor campaign performance, engagement, conversion and deliverabilityTroubleshoot campaign builds and maintain high QA standardsSupport the development of a scalable, compliant multilingual content library, including the use of AI toolsWork with JIRA,



Litmus and other CRM campaign toolsShare knowledge and best practices across the wider EMEA CRM teamWhat are we looking for? Must have:Around 5 years of CRM / email marketing experienceStrong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud, Braze, SAP Emarsys).Hands‑on experience and AMPscript, Liquid or JavascriptExperience working with Dynamic Content and Data ExtensionsStrong knowledge of audience segmentationExcellent English and Spanish communication skillsStrong attention to detail and a solid QA mindsetExperience working with multiple stakeholders and international marketsNice to have:Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – highly valued, but not essentialExperience using AI / Generative AI tools for content creation and optimisationAdditional European languagesExperience in travel, mobility, retail or another fast-paced B2C environmentWe offer:Permanent contractSalary range: 35000 – 40000 based on experienceMedical Ins
