DescriptionJob Title: Guest Services Specialist and Administrative AssistantReports to: Director of HospitalityDepartment: OpsStatus: Regular, Part-Time, On-SiteJOB SUMMARYThe Guest Services Specialist & Administrative Assistant for Barcelona Wine Bar & Corsica Wine Bar will assist with our guest experience ensuring our guests get answers quickly when consulting on reservations, receipt requests, etc. You will be jump-starting our guests’ Barcelona and Corsica Wine Bar experience before they take a step into our restaurants In addition to connecting with our guests, this role will also support our Leadership and Office Team with some administrative duties. This position will report to the Director of Hospitality.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES- Ensure every guest interaction is handled with the highest possible quality via phone call or email communication.- Provide knowledgeable answers to guest inquiries about reservations, availability, etc.
