ensuring all reports are sent on time.- Coordinating the preparation and supervision of each asset's business plan regarding income and expenses.- Collaborating with other C&W; departments involved in the asset (e.G., Agency, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services).- Main coordinator and contact person for third parties designated by the ownership: lawyers, appraisers, tax advisors, technical collaborators, etc.- Coordinating and/or participating in asset visits with appraisers, potential buyers, auditors, etc.- Coordinating asset transitions for new mandates or buy-sell operations.- Any other task required to ensure compliance with C&W; obligations under assigned mandates.- Budget tracking, expense control, and ultimate responsibility for budget compliance.- Bidding and managing soft services: cleaning, security, gardening, waste management, insurance, etc.- Managing and tracking insurance claims until closure.- Visi
