We are looking for Sr Manager CRM for our game Marvel Strike Force to join our team in Barcelona.What Will You Do:This person owns the end-to-end communication ecosystem—strategy, calendar, messaging, and creative direction—ensuring a cohesive and player-first narrative across all CRM touchpoints. They partner closely with Product, Live Ops, and Marketing to influence what is built and when, so that player journeys are fully supported and optimized for engagement, retention, and LTV.Your key responsibilities will include:Own the CRM and lifecycle communication calendar, aligning all messaging with live ops events, feature releases, and key player momentsDefine and evolve lifecycle strategies across key segments (new, active, lapsing, VIP, and conversion-focused cohorts)Translate product and live ops plans into clear, actionable communication strategiesServe as the single source of truth for all outbound player messagingLead development of messaging across push, email, in-game surfaces, and other CRM channelsWrite and/or guide high-quality,
