enjoys working with people is looking to grow and push themselves as well as great customer focus.Training DeliveryDeliver instructor-led training sessions for Amadeus Hospitality solutions - specifically Delphi and its peripheralsFacilitate training to include:Instructor led training for newly onboarding properties (remote or onsite)Solution adoption sessions to support customers post-go-liveMasterclass or ad hoc sessions tailored to customer needsDeliver AHIT sessions (Product Overview, Demo, Full Product Training) to internal colleaguesReport and assist with the resolution of Support and/or Services cases where issues arise. Pre/post training communication with customersBe an advocate for Amadeus and its solutionsMaintains a well-managed classroom environment in a calm and supportive way, keeping sessions productive without being overbearingProvide creative solutions to challenges that arise while on siteProvide a friendly training environment by being approachable to traineesInternal Collaboration Review deliverables in advance of Training to ensure a seamless handover of information.Stay in regular communication with the
