Preply is seeking a Senior Growth/Strategy leader to own Product Led Growth and Pricing & Discounting across our Barcelona hub. You will report to the Senior Director of Organic Growth and drive KPIs like NSGMV, share of NSGMV, and LTV to CAC efficiency, while scaling an established growth engine.You will lead the analytics team, partner with Product, Engineering, Data and Finance, and shape roadmaps and experiments to balance learner value, tutor outcomes, growth and margins.
