About the opportunity

As part of the Banking Operations group, you will join a motivated Claims team focused primarily on the support of one of N26’s key markets, Germany. As a Specialist on the German market, you will learn the fundamental concepts, best practices, and procedures of our team.

In this role, you will

- Execute business processes on behalf of the customers, dealing with enquiries and orders, while developing a broad knowledge within your area.

- Support activities linked to defined processes within Banking Operations, including regulatory requirements and risk controls, and support incoming legal requests.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure cases are handled efficiently, coordinate with other operational teams, and improve the quality of services delivered to our customers.

- Assist in handling communications with external partners, and assist them in the day-to-day by providing answers and support.

- Maintain internal documentation, ensuring it is up to date in order to stay compliant and minimise risk of audit findings.
