About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & AI Creative Lead to lead the creative output of our Danone Digital team across Spain and Benelux.

Combining strong design craft, digital art direction and practical generative AI expertise, you’ll develop and supervise campaign key visuals, social media content and e-commerce creative for established FMCG brands.

Alongside your hands-on creative work, you’ll act as Brand Steward and lead three designers. You’ll set design direction, review and approve their day-to-day work, provide constructive feedback and support their development,



ensuring consistent quality across the team’s output.

As Danone expands its use of PencilAI, you’ll help embed the platform into our creative workflows, identifying opportunities to improve creative exploration, production efficiency and content quality. Hands-on PencilAI experience is strongly preferred; substantial experience with comparable generative AI workflows and the ability to adopt PencilAI quickly will also be considered.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Design and Design Supervisor, Account and Project Management teams, and international clients. Strong English communication skills and confidence presenting creative work are essential.

Key responsibilities

· Develop creative concepts, campaign key visuals and master assets that provide a strong foundation for digital adaptations.
