It will report to the Treasury Operations Reconciliation Manager.What you’ll do- This position will work with the wider treasury function and will play a central role in the daily operations of the department.- Supporting the financial reconciliation function ensuring the adequate reconciliation and reporting of 800+ accounts in 100+ currencies.- Execution of daily trade reconciliation across multiple FX transaction types and counterparties in line with EMIR requirements.- Support to Ebury’s Group Bank accounts reconciliations including:- Client collections accounts- Lp settlements accounts- Payout accounts- Corporate Treasury Accounts- Trade Finance and SPV accounts- Cover accounts- Daily monitoring and controls over trade populations and settlements.- Management of discrepancies across trade details between internal systems.- Controls over internal vs external balances.- Detect, analyse, correct and elevate if needed possible discrepancies between external and internal cash flows and balances.- Execute daily internal control checks to ensure there is no missing information in the systems.- Ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting of all treasury positions.- Document and control of processes facilitating the audit processes.- Supporting function in external audit.Wh
