Join to apply for theAccount Managerrole atInPost EspañaEverything you are looking for and moreSupport the company's business growth by managing and developing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a strong relationship, high satisfaction, and achievement of commercial targets.This role combines account management with a solid understanding of digital sales processes (marketplaces, checkout, brand visibility, etc.) to deliver solutions that add value and improve the customer experience.Responsibilities and objectivesManage and develop the assigned client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identification of new opportunities within each account.Understand clients’ operational and technological needs (marketplaces, e-commerce, retailers) and coordinate tailored solutions.Work closely with IT, Operations, and Marketing teams to support integrations, onboardings, issue resolution, and improvements in logistics workflows.Analyze account performance, market activity, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.Prepare commercial proposals, presentations,
