A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic team and immerse yourself in the world of wind turbine technology! You will become familiar with products and components within a gearbox for onshore wind turbines, while acquiring a high level of expertise in interpreting plans, tolerances, and specifications. Collaborate on the technical design of processes and generate associated 2D-3D materials. You will also create and update standardized technical work instructions, participate in prototype execution and validations, and coordinate operational activities at the plant. This role offers you the chance to learn about the APQP methodology and its key deliverables, while understanding the phases, milestones, and deliverables of PLM@Wind for product maturation and industrialization.
How You'll Make an Impact
- You will lead the introduction and preparation of workspaces and tools, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Participate in training on products, production processes, and the organization of Gearbox AST.
- Gain knowledge in APQP methodology and its main deliverables to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and industrialize new products within AST.
- Engage in real projects, documenting actions, risks, deviations, and improvement proposals to drive continuous enhancement.
What You Bring
● You have a solid understanding of office software and technical office practices.
● Experience in defining processes within production teams is essential.
● Familiarity with APQP methodology and preventive quality practices is a must.
● You are skilled in developing and executing validations and prototyping.
● Knowledge of health and safety standards, lean manufacturing, and leadership in team coordination will set you apart.
