A 32m high-performance private sailing yacht is seeking an Engineer to join its active, world-cruising programme.This is a dual season program between the Mediterranean, Caribbean and USA East Coast.The owners are active and hands-on, enjoy sailing every day while onboard. They are also heavily involved in watersports. Owner trips generally last between one and three weeks.The idóneo candidate will be have a good engineering background and previous experience aboard yachts of a similar size. There will be some deck duties too and therefore they require and experienced sailor as well.Strong watersports and kitesurfing skills would be a particular advantage.Salary: DOELeave: TBC, approximately 42 days per yearB1/B2 visa advantageous but not essentialStart date & Location: Palma, October
