manage reports and ensure the traceability of the process.Participate in the creation of content to attract talent, attend job fairs, coordinate talks and support initiatives that improve the visibility of the company as an employer.Manage process documentation, prepare reports, coordinate with HR for hiring, and support related administrative tasks.Identify opportunities for improvement in selection processes, tools or dynamics and implement optimizations together with the Selection Manager.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?Education: University degree in psychology, pedagogy or related.Experience: 2-3 years of experience developing the selection of structure, backoffice and production plant profiles from start to finish, in a final company or in the service sector. Experience in temporary employment agencies, at the level of selection or consultancy, is valuable.Languages: Spanish and Catalan essential, English
